As Subsidiary Director of Facilities Services, you are smart, strong, and have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude toward your work. You have a passion for facilities and are extremely detail-oriented. You have great communication skills and are easily able to interact with your team and clients. You are comfortable problem solving and executing a wide range of decisions. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team – and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:

  • Building relationships with facilities staff including department managers and office managers to support and assist in seeking out facility opportunities
  • Monitoring and tracking finances, marketing strategies, resources, standardization, and training
  • Evaluating market opportunities, trends, and successes in other regions
  • Taking the lead and also coordinating regional engineering opportunities
  • Evaluating the scope of projects and assigning the right resources to each
  • Reviewing the current and projected workload to endure appropriate and technically-qualified stall level is maintained

What We’re Looking For

  • B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred

  • 15+ years of related experience; 10+ years in a supervisory role
