This is a Full-time position in Chicago, IL posted June 9, 2021.

Due to internal promotion our client, a very fast-growing dental practices company located in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana market, is looking to bring on a Revenue Cycle Manager.

The multi-specialty dental groups serves collective care for children and adults and offer general, pediatric, orthodontic and oral surgery care.

• Collaborate with RCM Director to create and drive forward innovative ideas for performance and KPI improvement
• Prepare revenue cycle financial analysis including aged accounts.

• Develop, monitor and assess daily and monthly KPI’s in order to improve efficiencies.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to document and resolve complex revenue cycle issues.

• Provide weekly status reports on projects to RCM Director
• Coordinate with coding team on priorities and improvements.

• Effectively lead regularly held RCM team meetings
• Makes policy updates as needed, to all RCM policies.

• Responsible for training internal teams (Operations, Sales) as well as clinic staff when appropriate.

• Audit of employees and accounts required to help understand how to provide additional training or process enhancements
• Able to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Review process enhancements to ensure the RCM team is utilizing all functions to streamline workflows
• Ongoing quality assessment: perform audits to ensure the accuracy of coding performed, oversee the capture and analysis of data regarding operational performance and quality control, ensure all coding is completed with quality and regulatory complianceQualifications Preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle or analysis
• Developing KPIs
• Strong communication skills
