Your responsibilities:

-Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk

assessment, and project status

-Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

-Directs project planning

-Provides project outlines with fitting ticket workflows and boards

-Cooperates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and

maintenance of the Project Roadmap

-Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

-Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team – leading scrum

ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

-Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product

Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager

-Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into

executable projects

-Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and

inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

-Congregates details from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into

a proposal

-Aquires and schedules projects – as per the Project Roadmap defined by the

Business Owner

-Plans the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

-Be instrumental to classify, identify, and manage risk for functional

improvement requests

-Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and

Product Owner

-Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and

high-level business objectives are error-free and doable

-Programs and administers the sprint planning and grooming meetings and routes

ticket assignments

-Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely

-Help out with managing dependencies among cross-product teams

-Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers,

and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

– It is preferred for applicants to have a Project Management (PMP) certification

– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

– Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

– Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

– Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

– Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

– We need the person we hire to be flexible and focused

– Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

– Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

– Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

– Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills

– Agile Scrum experience

– Formal Project Management experience desired

– Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
