Description
- Develops strong relationships with customers at all levels. Meet customer at the job sites to understand the scope of projects as needed.
- Understands job requirements, specifications, expected deliverables, major milestones, risk and issues.
- Ensures job file is set up correctly and all required documents are included. Keeps Job Log current.
- Manages projects start-to-finish. Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, action registers, budget sheets, job log and jobsite specific forms and reports. Facilitate, coordinate and track day-to-day team activities required to ensure timely completion of project in accordance with organizational goals. At project completion remaining job data, including quality control sheets and photos, are captured and added to file folder.
- Manage drafters or designers, ensuring that projects are drafted in the correct fashion and completed on time
- Review drawings before sending to the customer to ensure correctness and limit errors
- Provide written reviews, 8-Scores, and other team metrics to manager
- Ensure BOM’s and drawings are checked before release to production.
- Manages re-submittals or release drawings and BOMs.
- Ensures long and short lead time items are identified and ordered.
- Obtains quotes from installation team (if not already completed by the project’s sales person).
- Fill out installation packet and coordinate installations with Installation Manager.
- Prepares projects for shipment (BOL/B&Hs) and works with finance department for all progress payments and invoicing

Job Offer
- Competitive base salary, between $75,000- $90,000, based on experience and skills
- Quarterly bonus, based on company performance (Typically 5%)
