The Project Manager Data Analytics is responsible for the development, maintenance, prediction, validation, continuous improvement, and tracking of ZERO HARM strategic roadmap and data. The role has responsibility for working closely with functional groups to ensure that master data is analyzed, controlled, entered, and released into ZERO HARM Management System in a timely manner, as dictated by standard operating procedures and guidelines within the functions and businesses supported. The role includes proactive collaboration with data owners/requestors to ensure clarity and completeness. This role also includes predictive tools development, usage, tracking, and reporting.
The role has the responsibility to leverage project management processes, frameworks, and best practices to effectively execute key cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion. Responsibilities include initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, and coordinating all activities while diligently working to ensure all project deliverables are on track, on time and in scope. This individual must be capable of multi-tasking, preparing project status reports & formal presentations as required.
The level of involvement in a particular project may vary, but generally, this person is expected to provide a high degree of leadership and motivation to facilitate fulfillment of project objectives, potentially from inception through implementation and completion. This position reports to the Vice President of Safety and Health.
