Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds, B-Line, Oil & Gas Division is currently seeking a Plant Manager to join our team based out of our Highland, IL location.Position Summary:As a Plant Manager, this role serves as an integral part of the site leadership team which takes on the accountability for profitability, safety, quality, productivity, materials management, delivery, training and continuous improvements.

This dynamic leader will direct the coordination of all manufacturing departments’ functions to ensure compliance with Eaton’s Business System’s and a strategy-focused workforce while maintaining financial accountability and implementation of key lean activities.

As such, this detail-oriented leader will also be dedicated in achieving operational excellence while fostering a culture within the organization that promotes inclusion and diversity throughout the site.

It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential-and where you can help us reach ours.In this function you will:Set overall plant policies and procedures to ensure effective operations consistent with the Eaton Business System, Values and PhilosophyCoordinate and directs through managers, all functions of facility operations, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Engineering, Safety, Quality, SCM, OpEx, HR and FinanceAlign operational objectives with the overall business objectives to ensure a strategy-focused workforceManages operating performance through the effective use of the Quality Operating System (QOS) process and structured problem solvingDirects and mentors the plant leadership team in the performance of their respective roles and consistent with the Eaton Leadership modelFosters an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals, encourages continuous improvement, and builds customer relationshipsDrives the compliance to the ethics policy and holds others accountable for ethical conductDevelops controls and critically reviews results of operation in reference to planned objectivesAccountable for the day-to-day decisions that directly impact the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the overall plantMaintains a workforce of highly motivated employees with a morale that is conducive to high levels of employee engagementAttracts, selects, develops, trains, coaches, appraises and motivates managers and other personnel for key staff positions and the facilityWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we

– are stronger.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.Minimum 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience is required.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
