The Kitchen Manager provides leadership for the kitchen functions of their restaurant, with primary focuses on inventory control, purchasing, personnel supervision and direction and food production.

The Kitchen Manager is accountable for restaurant business ethics, sales and profit performance, facility security, control of company assets, compliance with image sanitation standards, team member development and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
