This is a Full-time position in Allens Grove, IL posted March 6, 2020.

Responsibilities You will be the main point of contact for our customers who are ready to expand globally.

By helping clients expand into over 150 different countries we have become the industry leader, and you will be part of the team that helps with set up and provide ongoing HR customer support.

with the HR team to deliver high quality support to our employees and operate and introduce leading edge and innovative HR practices and processes.

Delivering on this will include
· providing high quality and clear day-to-day HR guidance to line managers on employee-related matters (including counselling, coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)
· managing the practical application and interpretation of local and federal labor laws/legislation to ensure compliance
· maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal HR requirements and best practice and partnering with the legal team to develop this into practical policy and guidance
· overseeing the onboarding and orientation activities for all employees within region ensuring a great first impression to all
· managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
· responsibility for formal and internal reporting requirements (e.g.

EEO)
· overseeing the coordination of international assignments for employees in region
· working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
· managing HR-related projects/programs
· proactively planning and helping coordinate company events.

There are no direct supervisory responsibilities, but the role will include coaching and mentoring another member Qualifications and Experience The ideal applicant will have the following.

· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5+ years HR experience
· international HR experience a must
· exceptionally strong organizational and administrative skills, ideally with proven experience in an administrative role
· good written skills, with a meticulous eye for detail
· desire for creativity and innovation while also following departmental processes
· proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
