The Global Product Marketing Manager, Service will be responsible for the Service product launch strategy, product commercialization.

You will be part of the Global Product Marketing team reporting to the Sr Manager, Global Product and Services Marketing.

This is an exciting role as our diagnostic systems are used in complex biomedical testing, and are found in hospitals, reference laboratories and physician office settings around the globe.

In this role you will:

Create and own global marketing strategy and value proposition for Beckman Coulter’s Services solutions.

Lead Beckman Coulter’s New Product Launch Excellence Process for Service solutions, which includes the development of the marketing plan, claims matrix vs.

competitors, develop value proposition & messaging, persona map, launch action plan, VPM, and creation of the commercialization readiness team wheel.

Collaborate with the Strategic marketing organization and regional marketing partners to develop highly effective commercialization strategies based on the robust development of market segmentation and Voice of Customer research.

Leverage internal/external data and critical thinking in an effort to answer important business questions that provides clarity around the value and cost profile of our products and solutions.

Partner with marketing communications on the marketing communications strategy for a global audience that best suits the category of the launch of the product and/or solution.

Develop content that is relevant and meaningful to the customer audience.

Review all campaigns and enablement tools relating to Service before launch.

Work across teams and geographies to develop global marketing programs for new and existing segments and solutions with robust and creative go-to-market strategies.

Proactively monitor competitive intelligence and generate insights.

Measure team success through daily management of key measures which may include leads generated; region revenue/ASP; market share by category by customer segment.

Regularly interact with executive level management regarding challenging matters of major importance to the company.

Influence, and motivate people from diverse backgrounds and lead cross-functional global business teams.

Be a thought leader with Best-in-Class knowledge of marketing technology and related technical applications and infrastructures.

Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years successful marketing experience or Master’s degree with 7 years experience

Experience leading new product/services launch strategies

Experience in large, global, matrixed organization

Ability to travel globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Previous service marketing experience, highly desired
