OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Incumbent is responsible for defining, developing and supporting strategies and promotions to drive plasma donor (customer) experience and behaviors related t:o conversion, retention and win-back
  • Position is responsible for developing and managing programs involving plasma volume and donor fee targets. Also responsible to develop programs to optimize Plasma IgG yield
  • Individual is a cross-functional partner for the network. Individual is accountable to analyzing and reviewing complex data, developing creative and effective programs, presenting and facilitating to multiple levels of the organization, and optimizing through continuous improvement efforts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Optimize programs to drive volume and manage fee CPL (Cost-Per-Liter) on an ongoing basis
  • Develop strategies to maximize conversion of prospective donors
  • Manage programs to drive optimal donation frequencies and donor retention, Maximize the win-back of lapsed donors, and positively impact IgG yields through frequency and applicant programs
  • Drive development of the donor pricing engine
  • Ensure delivery of the network volume commitments, while Ensuring effective governance and risk management in overall pricing processes
  • Forecast and achieve donor fee CPL (Cost-Per-Liter) targets
  • Analyze performance drivers proactively determining actionable strategy, and then contribute to identifying solutions for mitigation and/or optimization to achieve overall business goals.
  • May develop budget for specified area of responsibility and delivers against business goals/objectives.
  • Shares complex information related to areas of expertise. Interacts with senior management to keep ahead of objectives.
  • Reviews the competitive marketplace and makes recommendations for adjustments to operational activities based upon identified information.
  • Define and evaluate KPIs to track pricing performance and enable continuous improvement
  • Review donor fees and promotional actions for success –socialize results.
  • Work strategically with Regional Leads to create new opportunities in their geographic areas
  • Build business cases for new strategies and driving alignment across the company, including new features, policies, donor fees and promotions

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10 years of progressive marketing related experience

Desired

  • Master’s Degree
  • Healthcare or Plasma Industry related experience a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • FLSA – Exempt
  • Domestic travel up to 10% may be required
