This role will support the Bourbon Brand Houses (JBBDC, Maker’s Mark) and work closely with regional Revenue Management teams.

This function will ultimately drive profitable, sustainable growth through thought leadership and business partnership by influencing pricing, promotion and trade spend strategies.This role provides an excellent opportunity for the following reasons:Opportunity to work with senior level management to define global pricing strategiesAbility to help define new processes and ways of working in a new global operating modelOpportunity to work highly independently to define goals and workplansRole ResponsibilitiesHelp define brand roles and architecture including global competitive positioningDevelop long-term price indices / price points for key Priority Brand Market Combinations (“PBMCs”)Work with Analytics to develop meaningful insights on elasticities to drive pricing guidelinesDefine pricing guardrails aligned to positioningUtilize guardrails to establish ongoing tracking processes and tools to measure in-market executionCreate global channel pricing strategiesDevelop promotional guidelinesCreate insights on global white space opportunitiesWork with Finance Directors to help manage allocations and maximize profitabilityHelp to develop innovation strategy and associated pricing/channel strategyWork with Global Brand Houses to complete ad-hoc analysis as requiredWork with Regional Revenue Management teams to define processes and Ways of WorkingQualifications & ExperienceEducation Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred but not requiredCertifications/Licensure NAYears of experience 4-7 years of Pricing or Revenue Management experienceIndustry experience AlcBev preferred; FMCG acceptableTravel % 5%At Beam Suntory, people are our number one priority, and we believe our people grow together in diverse and inclusive environments where their unique insights, experiences and backgrounds are valued and respected.
