Aon is looking for a US IT Project Manager in the Virtual in the MidwestAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon Business Services (ABS), candidates must already be located in the midwest of the U.S.

Your impact as a US IT Project ManagerThis US IT Project Manager role will reside in the Aon Business Services (ABS) organization as part of the Process Excellence (PEX) Automation team.

The PEX Automation Team develops, deploys and supports global automation application functionality including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workflow through Low Code development platforms, e-Signature functionality and Automated Intelligent Text Extraction and Data Entry capabilities (A2uDE).

The PEX Automation team partners with business users across all Aon service lines in all regions to develop and deploy Automation applications.

We partner with third party vendors to develop and support our applications.The US IT Project Manager will primarily be supporting the Workflow and A2uDE capabilities within the Automation team.

This person will be responsible for leading or managing vendors to support the development of applications, serve as liaisons to business teams, support deployment of new capabilities, and maintain ongoing application support efforts with the assistance of third-party vendors.

The US IT Project Manager is expected to work globally and ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels to support the overall business strategy and effectively manage stakeholder relations.Job Responsibilities:Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and define requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsManage third party vendors for application development and supportWork with software vendors to ensure platform stability and performanceCollaborate with key business stakeholders to understand business requirementsManage internal stakeholdersYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:6+ years’ experience in consulting or technology focused role, managing vendors and managing project flow.
