CDL Driver – $25-$30/hr (3rd Shift: 10:15 p.m. – 6:45 a.m.) $750 SIGNING BONUS

Business Unit Description: 8th Avenue Food & Provisions is a growing organization made up of businesses that produce and sell quality products including pasta, peanut butter, granola, and fruit and nut trail mixes to retail, foodservice and ingredient customers.

The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H.

Responsibilities: We are now offering a limited number of $750 Signing Bonuses to new Production EmployeesWage: $24.00 depending on experience3rd Shift Differential: $1/hrPosition Summary:Our 8th Avenue CDL Driver is responsible for transferring all materials from warehouse to warehouse while driving the Attune Foods Tractor or Yard Goat and moving the Attune Foods trailers to their needed locations.

Picking up items from local suppliers.

Other responsibilities could include driving forklifts and maintaining areas of responsibilities in a clean and GMP compliant manner.Duties and Responsibilities:Drive shuttle tractor during assigned shift.Perform pre-trip inspections on all commercial and non-commercial vehicles.Track trailer movements and record them.Drop and re-hook truck to trailers throughout the day as necessary.Operate fork lifts, pallet jacks, and shuttle truck.Fill out pass down log and ensure continuity between shifts.Maintain equipment cleanliness.Follow all GMP and Allergen policies.Education & Experience Required:2 years truck driving experienceValid Oregon Drivers LicenseValid CDLPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:Experience working with food or perishable items.2 years of forklift operation experience2 years of ERP system experience in a warehousing and transportation environment.Basic computer skillsProduction SchedulesFood SafetyShuttle Truck DrivingForklift operationCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing including e-mailEnsure collaborative relationships with the various warehousesReceive instructions and follow through on deliverablesMulti-task and respond to non-routine requestsAccurately record and transact informationPhysical Requirements: Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Must be able to climb in and out of a truck multiple times per shift.Stand, walk, climb stairs on a frequent basisMust have the ability to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basisAll offers are contingent upon a successful drug screen and background check.Signing bonus is split into three payments.

1st payment of $250 is after 30 days of continuous employment, 2nd payment of $150 is after 90 days of continuous employment, and 3rd payment of $350 is after 180 days of continuous employment.

Current employees and former employees who were employed by the Company in the six (6) months prior to 9/27/2021 are not eligible for the Signing Bonus.

Employees must be actively employed to receive payment.
