Fortune 100 Company seeking Sales Operations Assistant to coordinate sales operations and process claims

  • Coordinate Sales Operation tasks for end user loyalty program including processing claims, reviewing invoices, pulling reports, reviewing and analyzing large data sets.
  • Work with program vendor and cross functional internal teams to process claims submitted
  • Assist in communication and troubleshooting between field sales, end user and vendor.
  • Ability to work with and analysis large data sets
  • Microsoft word, excel and outlook is a must have. Microsoft Access experience beneficial
  • Works independently and can work in a remote environment
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Customer Service, sales and marketing experience

Job Requirements:

  • Support various sales reporting and sales analysis needs of the global sales organization
  • Perform statistical sales analysis in support of sales objectives
  • Maintain key weekly and monthly sales reporting
  • Gather sales data and assist the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations
  • Provide support to sales and business operations
  • Provide summary of sales demo to sales management team
  • Distribute weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Support the overall sales and operations through sales administration, product support, sales training and analysis
  • Providing operational sales enablement and sales productivity support
  • Create and maintain sales reports
  • Participate in sales planning process
  • Report analysis in support of the sales teams
  • Support sales promotions, customer and sales team incentive plans
  • Analyze and generate reports on sales data
  • Completing and distributing sales reports
  • Report regularly to sales management
  • Perform all assigned functions in sales operations pertaining to sales reporting and analysis, sales forecasting, financial reporting, systems functionality, and sales administrative functions
  • Facilitating deals through the sales process
  • Attend monthly sales and management meetings
  • Capture and analyze sales performance to provide the sales leadership team with critical analysis
