Talent Acquisition Manager Chicago 90-100k Base, 120k OTE + Executive Benefits As an established media group focused on delivering innovative media and marketing solutions for the global business community, our client is experiencing ongoing growth across their entire range of solutions.

Their growing portfolio, which is centred on audio marketing, is well received in both the SME and corporate arenas.

Due to continued demand for their service, across the US they now have an exciting opening for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help build out their US-based “outside” sales functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
Focus mainly on recruiting Outside Sales Reps Own the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding Write and post adverts Source through Linkedin and other job boards Conduct phone screenings, Zoom and in-person interviews Work in a team-based environment to achieve high volume recruitment Take on a leadership position, overseeing a Talent Acquisition team
The ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will:
Possess 2-3+ years relevant recruitment experience (Agency or in-house) Be a proficient user of LinkedIn and other resources Be able to source great sales candidates Have a proven record of exceeding quotas in a high volume environment Have excellent communication and first-class presentation skills coupled with the drive and desire to deliver results Be articulate, show initiative, have a positive approach to work and possess a team-first mentality Demonstrate leadership skills
The successful Talent Acquisition Executive can expect:
A base salary of 90-100k An uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 120k 401k with company matching Exciting social scene Health and life coverage An additional benefits package
