Develop best-in-class recruiting strategies that identify qualified candidates. Optimize online recruiting resources and in-house resume database to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential candidates. Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and creating effective sourcing strategies that attract the best talent. Evaluate resumes, phone screen candidates, and determine job fit based on the client’s needs and the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses. Work towards selecting the best candidate for each open position. Coordinate completion of pre-employment processes including reference checks, background checks, psychological exams, drug testing, and/or other required testing. Negotiate salary requirements, compensation packages, as well as any other terms and/or conditions of employment. Communicate effectively with coworkers in order to promote a team-based working environment.
