The goal of Blueprint Title Company is simple: streamline residential real estate closings for enterprise buyers, sellers, and real estate service professionals. We bring innovative technology, process, and pricing to the $16 Billion Title Insurance industry. Founded in January 2017, Blueprint Title operates over a broad, multi-state footprint and is quickly expanding.

As a member of the Blueprint Title team, you will help us lead the charge in proving that the real estate closing industry is ready for novel technology, lower pricing, and better service. As an Account Executive, you will:

Analyze, contact, and close revenue opportunities for the company. Successful AEs pitch real estate investors, builders, and/or lenders in a professional and confident manner to secure new revenue for Blueprint.

What you will do:
  • Pitch leads by phone, zoom, and occasionally in-person to understand pain points and customize client-specific value propositions; close new business to generate revenue in excess of goal
  • During ramp, develop prospecting strategies so that you can work with and assist Business Development Representatives to source new prospects
  • Collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support
  • Diligently update our CRM, Hubspot, to capture sales analytics and stay current on leads/follow-ups
  • Shadow members of the Blueprint Leadership team to help you develop additional knowledge of Blueprint’s products/markets so that you can grow in responsibility with Blueprint
  • Assist various members of the sales team with special projects

What we are looking for in you:
  • Two to three years of Account Executive and Closing experience (ideally, at a startup)
  • Experience closing accounts of all sizes
  • General understanding/knowledge of real estate transactions, real estate lending, and/or the real estate closing process helpful, but not required
  • Track record of consistently exceeding goals
  • Respect for detail-oriented, data-driven sales processes
  • Solid written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership as well as a deep pride and desire to exceed goals
  • Evidence of confidence, curiosity, creativity, coachability, optimism, initiative, and flexibility
  • Excellent time management skills
