Based in our facility in Bolingbrook-IL you’ll play an important role in helping our clients stay connected with their customers and stakeholders. We encourage our people to dive in, roll up their sleeves and take on the many opportunities bound to come their way.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOUWe’re looking for someone to support us in the following areas – if this sounds like something you’d be interested in, hit the apply button and we’ll be in touch.The Production Associate – Mail gathers, reviews, sorts, fulfils and inserts mail-packs utilizing high speed inserting mail equipment on a daily basis.SCHEDULE: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM$15.00-17.50 an hourWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU* Retrieves and fulfills requests with proper inserts in accordance with work instructions.* Operates Aux. equipment – Booklet maker, inkjet, cutter, folder and sealer.* Operates high speed inserting equipment efficiently and inspects inserted mail-packs to insure accurate and proper sealing in accordance with our quality standards..* Ensures that all documents are inserted in an efficient and timely manner according to the instructions specified in the job details.* Verifies and records the number of pieces inserted by performing full reconciliation of all inserted documents in accordance with job requirements.* Maintains inserting equipment in proper operating condition as prescribed by our preventive maintenance procedures. When necessary, communicates any problems to staff mechanics.* Word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and database software knowledge is recommended* Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.KEY QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
