Job DescriptionProduction Administrative Assistant – Decatur BioProducts, ILThis is a full-time, non-exempt position.Job SummaryThe production administrative assistant will be responsible for supporting the individual production department by executing various functions related to HR policies, ensuring Quality documentation standards are met, and supporting the production colleagues through various means.Job Responsibilities:* Adhere to Safety, Environmental, Quality and HR programs* Create, update and process documents in Policy Tech* Effectively collaborate and communicate with team members* Multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines, while maintain a high attention to detail* Manage hourly production working schedule, payroll and additional related tasks* Maintain reports for production Department including KPIs, overtime, and housekeeping* Actively work with HR to be a resource for production colleagues* Must exhibit high levels of professionalism, integrity and discretionJob Requirements* Track record of exceptional achievement with a demonstrated desire and ability to proactively take on challenging work.* A strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization.* Independent decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to develop solutions in a logical and systematic way.* Excellent communication skills emphasizing writing and speaking succinctly, clearly and effectively.* Excellent listening skills with a strong ability to comprehend communication.* Excellent organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and follow-up.* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilities.Education and Experience:* High school diploma* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and Power Point.* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn software programs required* 3+years of prior experience in an office setting is preferredPhysical Requirements* Must be able to climb various flights of stairs and travel through* Must be able to move 40 poundsRelocation assistance is not available with this position.This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance.ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.ADM is an EOE for minorities, females, protected veterans and individuals with a disability.
