is hiring a National Fulfillment Analyst that will be responsible for supporting the Mark Anthony brands business on the following operational fronts: management of finished goods inventory, relationship management, and process improvement.

Reporting directly to the National Fulfillment Manager, this role will be based out of our Chicago office.As a National Fulfillment Analyst, your responsibilities will include:Management of Finished Goods Inventory:Shortage Analysis and resolution.Maintain data integrity for all finished goods inventory.Able to analyze and evaluate large amount of data and proficiently communicate inventory availability, discrepancies and anomalies.Ensure timely pipeline of inventory coverage on new and promotional items.Plan intra site movement of finished goods based on production schedule, forecast, product availability vs.

demand.Work closely with Inventory Reconciliation Team to ensure variances related to intra site transfer are minimized.Product Lifecycle management:Monitor and ensure a smooth transition of seasonal products.Monitor code date freshness to reduce destruction of product due to expiration.Relationship Management:Act as a liaise between Production Team, Customer Service Team and Logistic Team to ensure all are advised about product availability.Acts as the key problem solver and go to person for day-to-day distribution issues related to last minute production changes both internally and externally.Process Improvement:Ability to clearly articulate plans based on an in-dept understanding of supply chain processes and business intelligence tools.Ability to accurately execute solutions and new processes implemented to ensure an efficient supply chain system.The National Fulfillment Analyst position is well-suited for you if you possess:Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong analytic & problem-solving skills.Desire to work in teams to achieve a common goal.Proven flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an ERP system.Can thrive in a fast-paced environmentQualified candidates will have:At least 2-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related fieldBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes.Relocation Available?
