Global Sourcing Lead

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Partner with department leadership, hiring managers, and the recruiting team to establish a global sourcing and pipelining strategy.

Support global recruiting team by identifying and attracting top passive talent in order to support annual hiring plans, with a focus on diversity hiring.

Build processes for acquiring and mapping competitive talent acquisition intelligence.

Manage candidate outreach campaigns.

Compile and analyze data and metrics to support aggressive hiring goals.

Conduct screens with sourced talent, present qualified individuals to the appropriate recruiter/business teams.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

•Provide innovative, scalable sourcing solutions to drive our hiring and to meet business objectives.

•Develop and execute outside-the-box sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent – to include internet search, market mapping, lead generation, cold-calling and campaigns.

•Create a continuous stream of highly qualified candidates in anticipation of filling critical and recurrent positions.

Build and maintain a diverse network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

•Engage with, activate and pre-qualify top-tier candidates.

•Create and maintain metrics to continually optimize the sourcing strategy and process.

•Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations.

•Build competitor profiles, including inventory of competitor strengths and weaknesses to be used for recruitment and business purposes.

•Guide and mentor less experienced staff.

Answer questions and assist with issues.

Provide training to new staff.


•5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, 2+ preferably in a sourcing and/or executive search research role.

Experience with year-round candidate pipelining required.

•Recruitment experience in professional services/financial services strongly preferred

•Works effectively under limited supervision

•Knowledge of online databases, Boolean keyword searching, and other sourcing tools.

•Prior experience cold calling prospective candidates

•Understands hiring dynamics for different markets globally

•Ability to persuade and build rapport through online tools

•Ability to quickly pivot focus based on business needs and continue to deliver results

•Experience working in both pipeline and requisition-based environments

•Advanced understanding of the sourcing lifecycle

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

•Articulate and clear in all forms of communication

•Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required

•Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

•Significant experience sourcing and networking for all level of positions

•Results-oriented individual who thrives on challenge, growth and change in a highly entrepreneurial environment

•High level of confidentiality and integrity; proven team player

•Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

•Ability to interface effectively with all levels of managers and employees
