We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Senior Specialist to join the Alight Marketing team, based in North America.

This individual should have expertise in designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, while partnering closely with product marketing, content marketing, sales and SDRs.

We are looking for someone who can take on full ownership of integrated campaigns to uncover new opportunities for Alight’s Cloud Professional Services business.

This person should be revenue-focused, strategic and dynamic.

As a Demand Generation Senior Marketing Specialist, a typical day to include the following:
Develop, lead and execute integrated campaigns (email, landing pages, social, webinars, events, direct mail, inside sales, content) Guide content and product marketing teams on campaign asset development for interaction touchpoints Partner with digital team to execute campaigns via organic and paid digital promotional channels Partner with demand execution team to test, measure, and optimize campaigns Lead quality assurance process for marketing automation Review campaign results and report metrics to leadership Quality check messaging and visuals to brand guidelines Track and analyze market trends, opportunities, industry tactics, competitors and best practices Partner closely with sales on tactics, needs and marketing assets
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred but not essential 3-7 years of experience in a marketing role in either a corporate or agency environment HR services, payroll or outsourcing solutions experience a plus
Knowledge and skills
Hands-on experience planning, developing and executing demand generation campaigns with proven results Track record of organizing and completing detailed projects accurately, and ability to deliver on deadlines and within defined budgets Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate messaging (verbally/written) to internal partners, external agencies and internal executives
Key attributes of the individual
Proven track record developing and implementing marketing programs Ability to inspire the team and excite the organization to rally behind the strategy Proven ability of working under pressure with resilience and tenacity
