We are looking for a candidate who exhibits the ability and desire to become a technical expert in our products and services, thinks critically about aligning product capabilities with customer needs, and enjoys creative storytelling across multiple content formats to optimize campaign results and maximize lead flow.What will be your primary responsibilities?Develop a comprehensive understanding of key products and services offered by our business to create marketing communications and sales enablement tools that support product and service salesWork closely with business leaders, marketing team members and product experts to understand new products and services offered by our business, and then develop narratives and marketing communications that convey key information and value propositions to customersLearn how to work across multiple content formats (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, sales collateral templates, social media platforms, video production and websites) to communicate key information and value propositions to customersCreate and modify HTML and CSS code to accurately render email communications and websites on all devices and browsersDevelop persuasive copywriting and messaging; in time, you will learnhow to communicate complex concepts using direct and simple writing to improve engagement and drive action by customersCreate and maintain job aids for sales and marketing colleagues, including how-to and process documentsContribute to campaign-planning discussionsWhat experience is required for this role?2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment with direct exposure to product marketing teams or activitiesSome experience in a B2B marketing environment focused on commercializing data-as-a-service, software-as-a-service, and consulting services to C-suite and human resources (HR) buyersSome experience with one or more of the following marketing and sales technology tools: Adobe Creative Suite, CB Insights, Cvent, DocuSign, Domo, Google Analytics, InsideView, Kentico CMS, Marketo and SalesforceAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects or campaigns at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across different time zonesAbility to demonstrate effective listening, information-gathering and empathy skills to uncover business needs and define effective deliverablesHow will your skills help you be successful in this role?Your acumen for understanding and communicating complex topics and products will help you learn quickly and prepare you to grow and advance on our teamYour commitment to quality and attention to detail will make you a trusted partner for marketing and business leadersYour curiosity will lead you to proactively explore data and trends to uncover ways our marketing programs and business can improveWhat we offer:You will receive a competitive total rewards package, access to career development and technical training when relevant to your role, and the opportunity to grow on a highly collaborative team.About Aon:Aon plc (NYSE:AON)is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions.Our 50,000 colleagues in 120 countries empower results for clients by using proprietary data and analytics to deliver insights that reduce volatility and improve performance.
