This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States This position is responsible for executing internal communications and marketing plans for our global Strategic Resourcing business in addition to daily responsibilities to support our Solutions business (CRO and FSP).

This position will support brand initiatives to position Advanced Clinical as a leader in the mid-market, including, but not limited to, inbound and outbound campaigns, conferences, events, and tactics to impact business growth through brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support.Support and/or lead multi-channel marketing and public relations programs that will strengthen Advanced Clinical s position within the mid-market to biopharma and pharma talent and clients (external marketing campaigns, awards submissions, press releases, etc.)Support with execution of all digital marketing tactics for Advanced Clinical including social media (organic and paid), email, newsletters, advertising in key life science publications, website updates, etc.Use automation and tools to improve processes and productivityCreate new ideas to better engage Advanced Clinical s Talent Community as well as attract new talent prospectsAssist with the development of thought leadership content (i.E., newsletters, white papers, blogs, webinars, videos, presentation support) Assist with sales support collateral (i.E., case studies, fact sheets, capabilities decks) Facilitate and organize both internal/external communication and execution of select tradeshows for Advanced Clinical business needsWork closely with third party vendor relationships including advertising agencies, public relations firms, exhibit agencies, and related service providersAssist with marketing analytics reports, as needed, to demonstrate ROI and continuous improvement of marketing channels employed in campaignsAssist with market trends and competitive intelligence analyses as needed Participate in meetings with Advanced Clinical stakeholders regularly, including Advanced Clinical leadership, Business Development, Recruiters, etc.Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing team to appropriately support Advanced Clinical s business needsAssist marketing leadership with key organizational initiatives which might be business agnosticAlign with Advanced Clinical s leadership team on all marketing initiatives and work with shared service marketing delivery team on seamless execution and tactical implementation to meet business needs in a timely mannerAbility to travel up to 10-15% BA or BS degree in a Marketing or related field is required; experience working in aglobal CRO or life sciences Staffing company required5 years professional B2B marketing and Recruitment Marketing experienceDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have an energetic and positive demeanor with strong problem-solving skillsMust have exceptional time management skills, project management skills, and the ability to work with individuals across various levels of the organization, including globallyAbility to work as a member of a team and communicate effectively across all functions, including senior leadershipUnderstanding of Hubspot and eRecruit (or related CRM platform) a plusExperience creating nurture campaigns to move prospects through the funnelProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, plus excellent working knowledge of web-based applications (Google Suite)Must have digital marketing experience Must have event planning experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spokenDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat s in it for you?
