This is a Full-time position in Lincolnshire, IL posted June 10, 2021.

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Lincolnshire, IL

Pay: $15-17/hr

Schedule: M-F, 1st shift

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

Plan, organize and schedule meetings for the management team and/or department.

Maintain accurate employee records.

Track employee incentive programs.

Create, edit, and format reports from various reporting tools such as Excel and Pyramid.

Send out reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet assigned deadline.

Compare data through Excel functions such as vlookups and pivot tables. Summarize data for various levels of management.

Communicate with stakeholders to drive efficiency, completeness, and accuracy in data requests.

Update product information in AS400 system.

Track order change requests and generate report for appropriate stakeholders.

Assist in follow up with order status requests and uploading those updates into order management system.

Assist with ad-hoc reporting and project requests.

Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required. Experience with other reporting tools such as SQL Server and Pyramid BI preferred.

Must have the ability to work independently and to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization.

Must be well organized in order to meet ongoing deadlines, handle unexpected reporting requirements and manage multiple assignments.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new responsibilities quickly.

Confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and business information is critical.
