We hold ourselves and our staff to very high standards and in return for excellence we provide a comprehensive salary and benefit package including health, life, dental and vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, licensure expense reimbursement, and paid time off bank.Position Purpose: Shift: Sunday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm with one shift being 12:30pm-9pm Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.Work hours prescribed by the Coordinator and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated patients.Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for patients and/or family members.Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.Maintain communications with all staff (e.G.

admissions, therapeutic passes, and discharge plans).Assume on-call responsibilities per schedule or when designated.Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, staff and community groups.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related fieldCADC or be certified within 12 monthsExperience in addictions treatmentAble to conduct individual, group and family counseling sessionsProvide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning for clientsValid driver’s license
