– Advisor, resides within the Retail Store Operations Department and will be focused on the development of new enhancements and processes to support the continued scheduling and staffing refinement, optimization, and planning for our retail pharmacy workforce.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement intuitive and efficient processes for utilizing the scheduling and budgeting tools in order to help place the right staffs at the right time in the right place seamlessly.

The goal is to innovate and transform the Workforce Management tools and experiences for our retail pharmacies so they can focus on fulfilling our purpose of helping patients on their path to better health.

This position requires strong collaboration skills as it is necessary to work cross-functionally and influence our store teams, Field leadership and internal business partners.

This position will routinely interact with the following groups: Pharmacy Operations, Information Systems, Compliance, Legal, Patient Safety, Training, Change Management, and Field Leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses a unique mix of leadership and communication skills that will propel them to excel in deploying innovative solutions that will be shared, adopted and deployed across the chain.

Specifically, the Advisor will be responsible for the following:
– Leverage pharmacy knowledge and/or past project experience to run mini-tests, design system requirements, and roll-out system enhancements
– Develop strong Change Managements strategies to drive product adoption
– Accurately analyze and present data to support decision-making
– Present and articulate conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership
– Develop a deep understanding of business and applying knowledge to identify opportunities to address potential business challenges
– Build robust business cases to support the valuation of innovative ideas and provide leadership to measure that value over time
– Engage cross-functionally across the organization to drive results and resolve issues demonstrating relationship management, strong team building, and the ability to work across business units and functions within complex organization
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills and presentation skills, with strong ability to influence stakeholdersThis role is based in our Woonsocket, RI office with some work at home flexibility.Required Qualifications*3+ years of experience in Healthcare, Operations, Process Improvement, or ConsultingPreferred QualificationsAn experienced retail pharmacist who has 2+ years of Pharmacy Manager experiences or similar* Experience implementing system improvements throughout the software development lifecycle* Over 1 year of proven ability to manage project work, including meeting milestones, crafting strategy, setting expectations, and delivering high quality products* Experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure successEducation*Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy or Pharm.D.Business OverviewAt CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health.
