Develops occupational therapy plan of treatment. Provides guidance, consultation and assists higher level staff with training to non-occupational therapy staff. Documents all evaluations. Assists higher level staff in providing guidance, consultation and training to non-occupational therapy staff.20% 2.Develops occupational therapy plan of treatment to include long range and short-range goals, methods to achieve goals, anticipated outcomes, frequency and duration or services needed to meet goals.15% 3. Focuses on the development of life roles and skills required by patients for community adaptation and integration, including skill development, self-awareness and maintenance of desired occupational roles.10% 4. Provides guidance, consultation and assists higher level staff with training to non-occupational therapy staff on methods and strategies for enhancing the individual’s ability to function within a given environment such as environmental adaptions, use of therapeutic and adaptive devices, the structuring of tasks, methods of cognitive cuing, the provision of corrective sensory motor experiences and the establishment of productive habits and routines foundational to successful role performance.10% 5. Documents all evaluations as appropriate including the individual’s progress and response to occupational therapy interventions. Selects training materials for staff of other disciplines participating in the rehabilitation process of patients, life skills and role performance.5% 8. Provides clinical supervision in the form of direction, counseling and technical review for undergraduate and graduate students assigned for internship training and clinical practicum.5% 9.Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.Minimum Qualifications1. Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school. 2.
