Help at Home also offers strong career path possibilities for employees who are committed to growing within the organization.ResponsibilitiesImplement, supervise and monitor clinical compliance for branch locationProvide operational assistance and oversight in implementing new skilled programsMonitor clinical compliance through quarterly on-site auditsProvide ongoing operational support to their branchfor skilled servicesCreate, implement, monitor and enforce clinical quality assurance policies and proceduresProvide in-house clinical consultingReview and approve all clinical training for branch locationOther duties and tasks as assigned by the Branch ManagerMinimum QualificationsMust be a Registered Nurse in the stateof servicesMust have a current Registered Nurse licenseValid driver’s licenseMust be available to be On-CallAbility to travel within the surrounding counties 2-3 days per weekbetween the hours of 8 am 5 pm.Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesGood communication and organization skillsIn order to be employed as a Registered Nurse, candidates must comply with state background screening requirements.
