Aon is looking for a National Pricing Team Health Pricing Manager in Chicago, ILNational Pricing Team Health Pricing Manager OverviewThe Pricing Manager is responsible to support Health Account Executives (AE’s) with pricing Aon’s compensation for renewal and new business clients using Aon’s pricing tool as well as developing strategies and value articulation material to support the AE’s negotiation with Aon’s clients.

This role reports directly to the National Pricing Team Leader.

Job DescriptionIn this role, the Pricing Manager will support the National Pricing Team Leader with the following: Work with AE’s to provide pricing analysis and support with interpreting Aon pricing metrics using Aon’s pricing tool for client compensation Pull National client profitability and National time tracking reports for support, and interpretation, of the pricing analysisProvide coaching and preparation support to AE’s for developing and presenting their renewal and new business pricing strategies for clients and prospects prior to weekly national pricing council sessions Pre and post pricing council sessions provide coaching and value articulation support to AE’s for their client and prospect compensation negotiations using existing pricing tools, templates and playbooks managed by the National pricing team or housed on Aon Avenue Review pricing work for quality assuranceFurther develop and maintain strong understanding of Health Care industry; specifically, compensation best practicesOther related pricing support to team; to encompass tasks relating to pricing in general e.G.
