Primary Location: United States (US) Illinois (US-IL) East Moline Function: Information Technology Title: UX Designer 62351 Your Responsibilities As a UX Designer , you will be responsible for converting complex ideas, user needs and business requirements into intuitive experiences.

You will collaborate closely with a diverse set of roles on Dealer Operations product teams to design solutions in an agile environment.

As a UX Designer you will be multi-disciplined and will: * Translate user needs, business requirements and research insights into high quality visual experience designs.

Leads and/or participates in the creation of the user experience (UX) strategy and standards for a narrow set of related solutions * Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design recommendations * Conduct design thinking workshops with a range of stakeholders to creatively address complex issues, interactions and experiences * Validate and test designs with users through methods such as first click testing, usability testing, interviews and surveys * Partner with the IT UX team to leverage and contribute to established UX, UI and brand standards * Incorporate branding and common design guidelines into products Visa sponsorship is NOT available What Skills You Need * 3 or more years of relevant UX work experience * Expertise in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes * Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead design discussions, workshops, and communicate designs * Experience gathering user feedback through usability testing methodologies * Proficient with design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, Invisionapp, etc.

* Incredible attention to detail and passion for driving quality What Makes You Stand Out * 4 or more years of experience working in a team environment * Experience in a UX role on an agile team * Previous success working with a design system and established standards * 1 or more years of experience facilitating workshops on specific need(s) for the job, discipline, function, unit, etc.

* Information technology experience and/or business experience * Understanding of core web UI development languages such as HTML and CSS * 4 or more years of Agile experience Education (or equivalent work experience) Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Graphic Arts, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, or Human Factors What You’ll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go.
