Please check out the challenging, yet rewarding Customer Support Representative position we have open in our Wear Components Department based at our Neponset, IL facility.The Customer Support Representative provides quality customer service through the efficient and timely completion of the ordering process including billing of installation for all wear components as well as providing support to their assigned Field Service & Sales Representatives and Service Technicians.Overview of duties:+ Performs order entry for assigned territories and customers; translates and interprets customer orders and documents as necessary; produces acknowledgments of orders and backorders.

Interfaces with various departments monitoring past due orders, initiating returned goods authorization and creating credits.+ Coordinates the FSR system and serves as liaison within department and other departments with issues that arise.+ Reviews work requests for accuracy, clarity and proper lead times for all orders and labor billings with the originator.+ Reviews inventory for all vans and trailers on a weekly basis as well as customer consignment locations.+ Controls and tracks Subcontractor usage and hours.
