What you will need to do as our Client Service Representative. + This position is primarily responsible for providing telephone customer support and account management services by performing the following duties. + Build and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts. + Answer calls, questions and recommend corrective actions to address customer issues. + Become the trusted advisor to key decision makers by establishing and developing close business relationships. + Manage tactical issues, such as, order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management and shipment issues between IFS and assigned customers + Enter orders into IFS operating system as required by customer. + Enter new customer data, maintain each customers product or service offering in the IFS operating system. + Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts. + Prepares reports as required by each customer. + Other duties as may be assigned. You must have + Associate or bachelors degree received or in progress preferred + Three years of experience in a customer service environment preferred but not required. + Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. + Written Communications- Communicate promptly and accurately to customers requests + Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions. + Customer Service – Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. + Innovation – Meets challenges with resourcefulness. Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.
