Job Description:

The Senior BSL Treasury Analyst will partner internally with the BSL portfolio managers and credit analysts, Structured Products, Settlements and Treasury Teams on treasury related responsibilities and reporting.

Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Working closely with the Director of BSL Operations on the day-to-day management of BSL CLOs, warehouses and TRS vehicles Closing new funds and monitoring existing funds Reconciling and reviewing monthly investor reports and payments Reviewing trading allocations and performing pre-trade compliance for all BSL trading activity Monitoring risk retention and performing ongoing compliance Tracking defaults and credit risks sales for quarterly performance analysis Working on ad-hoc structuring requests Helping portfolio managers with fulfilling investor questions and requests Assisting with the management of third-party relationships, including rating agencies, CLO optimization vendors and other subscription providers
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant CLO experience at a bank or a buy-side firm Advanced knowledge of CLO indentures and other related documents Exceptional Excel modeling skills; strong proficiency in VBA, Wall Street Office (or similar bank loan management applications), SharePoint, Everest systems a plus Ability to independently drive projects to completion, while also functioning effectively in a team environment Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility around responsibilities and working hours, as required
