This is a Full-time position in Oak Brook, IL posted February 14, 2020.

The Job As the Corp FP&A Manager , you will be the lead support role for the Director of FP&A in preparing and seamlessly executing the annual budget and monthly projection processes.

In addition, this position is assigned responsibility to support and advise certain corporate “overhead” departments such as Finance, Legal, Communications, HR, Care Center, Gen Admin and others as assigned.

What you’ll do Plays lead role in supporting company-wide annual budget and monthly projection processes Directly supports certain corporate overhead departments from budget and projection perspective and analysis of actual results Prepares OI&E, NAIL, Unallocated G/A, Intercompany Management Fee projections and budgets Acts a BPC Lead subject matter expert Produces quarterly competitive reporting analysis, monthly Executive KPI & WIG reports Ownership of company-wide headcount reporting Prepares monthly Capital projection and forecasts, including annual review with the Officer team Produces daily sales reporting and leads monthly sales forecasting What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, advanced degree preferred Minimum 8 years work experience in a financial, accounting or business analytical capacity; work experience in planning and budgeting preferred Substantial understanding of Ace Hardware Corporation operational and accounting infrastructure preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail; Creative systems and financial problem-solving ability Excellent communication skills, including effective negotiation and verbal and writing proficiencies Ability to successfully interact with various levels of Ace associates including Management Ability to employ ROI, financial analysis and modeling techniques as well as an ability to interpret the data, present findings and make recommendations Advanced Excel skills required, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP & BPC/EPM We want to hear from you When most people think of career opportunities with Ace Hardware, they often think of the helpful cashiers and sales associates at their local store.
